I am an Independent Consultant, based in Warwickshire and supporting organisations across the UK and overseas.
With over 35 years’ experience, I work with a range of clients developing and delivering services to ensure the best possible health and education outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
I know that choosing the right professional is crucial.
What sets me apart is the combination of my background in the National Health Service (NHS) and charitable organisations, combined with my educational experience - working with schools, early years settings and Local Authorities, and my work with the justice system. All of these have equipped me with valuable insights into best practice in serving the needs of vulnerable young people, children and their families.
My passion is empowering those in need, enabling them to have a voice and ensuring they are treated fairly. I work directly with a wide range of organisations and services to ensure children and young people receive the support they deserve.
My unique selling point is the blend of my professionalism and efficiency, honed through years of experience, and my dedication to ensuring that services ensure equity of access for vulnerable groups.
My work as an early years, SEND and communication specialist is highly recommended from a range of small and large organisations.
My journey as an Independent Consultant began in 2006 and, in 2017, I made it a full-time occupation. This transition has allowed me to reach a greater number of children, young people and families through dedicating my expertise to supporting the organisations who provide key early years, youth justice or SEND services.
Through this process, I am able to use my background as a Registered Speech & Language Therapist, alongside my extensive qualifications in managing health services, with the Intermediary Co-operative, in coaching and combined with my experience in the education and justice sectors.
With my experience also comes my membership of a range of professional organisations, including the Health Professions Care Council and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists. I maintain up-to-date insurance coverage to ensure your peace of mind when you choose my services.
